Our certified plant-based nutritionist will guide you in developing healthy eating habits and preparing nutritious plant-based meals. You’ll learn how to shop for healthy foods, read nutrition labels, and store your food correctly. By the end of the retreat, you’ll have a collection of plant-based recipes and a healthy kitchen starter kit, setting you up for success in your health journey.

At the P.R.E.T.T.Y. Fit for Life Fitness Retreat, we understand that fitness is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why we provide a personalized approach, guided by a certified personal trainer. Your exercise regimen will be tailored to your unique needs and goals, ensuring the most effective training. We’ll challenge you to push beyond your limits with a mix of group exercises, outdoor activities, and personalized one-on-one training. Your entire body composition, including fat percentage, water weight, and muscle weight, will be analyzed to further customize your training. We’ve partnered with licensed psychologists who will provide you with the support you need to address the issues preventing you from reaching your health goals. During the three-day retreat, we offer behavioral coaching and walk-and-talk therapy.
